Karate

A martial art developed in the Okinawan prefecture of Japan, Karate is now widely practiced across the world as a sport, traditional art, as well as an effective system of self defence. AATMA is affiliated to Japan Shotokan Karate Association - JSKA (India), the only ISO certified Karate association, which has Sensei Abe Keigo as the Technical Director and Sensei P. K. Gopalakrishnan as the India chief.

Taekwondo

A Korean martial art that combines combat and self-defence techniques with sport and exercise, Taekwondo lays stress on high kicks and fast kicking techniques that develop strength, speed, balance, flexibility and stamina, as well as improve mental concentration and focus. AATMA has affiliation to World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) through India Dojang Sports Association (IDSO) headed by Master Praban Saikia
